What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text stored by your browser at the request of the site you are visiting. Cookies let a site remember state between page loads and, in the case of tracking cookies, follow your behaviour across visits or across other sites. IM Info uses only the essential state variety.
What IM Info sets
We set exactly two cookies on this site. Both are strictly necessary for the site to function correctly, and both are set with the Secure and HttpOnly flags where applicable.
- Session cookie: temporary, expires when you close the browser tab. Used to carry a request identifier for abuse-prevention.
- Preference cookie: optional, expires after 12 months. Set only if you dismiss a persistent notice — remembers your dismissal.
Neither cookie carries any identifier that would let a third party track you across sites, and neither is shared with a marketing platform.
What we do not set
IM Info does not set any advertising cookie. There is no Google Analytics tag on this site, no Facebook pixel, no third-party remarketing tag, no advertising exchange script, and no consent-management platform loading external partners. If you inspect the network activity on any page you will see only requests to innermost.us itself.
How to control cookies
Every modern browser offers per-site cookie controls in its privacy settings. You can block cookies from innermost.us entirely, delete existing cookies at any time, or use private-browsing mode to prevent any cookie from persisting. Because IM Info uses only essential cookies, blocking them all will still allow you to read every page — nothing on this site requires a cookie to display content.
Changes to this policy
If we add a new cookie in future — for example, if we add a first-party analytics tool — we will describe it on this page before the cookie starts being set, and we will refresh the last-updated date at the top. We will not add third-party marketing cookies without a substantially different notice and consent flow.
